Overview

JOYIT Programmable Signaling access Gateway (JOY-PSG) provides a complete, flexible and high performance SS7 access solution for the subscribers. It is provided with various attractive characteristics to fully cater for the development requirements of present and further operation for the subscribers.

JOY-PSG is provided with a complete signaling operational environment, including signaling protocol stack, network interface board and programmable development interface for the secondary development. All of the technologies are provided with the independent intellectual property.

• Configured with fault-tolerant dual computer / redundancy;
• Signaling point code share: An identical point code shared by dual MTP3, dual TUP, dual ISUP, dual SCCP and dual TCAP;
• Support open source operation system – Linux to lower the cost of integration;
• To encapsulate the signaling protocol detail, to provide open and programmable API messages and relevant SDK/PDK to the customers, to simplify the development difficulties of the customer and to shorten the application time;
• Support multiple signaling protocol stacks to allow a set of physical equipment is defined as multiple signaling points and to access to multiple signaling networks of operators at the same time;
• Support the voice channel splitting to effectively apply the voice channel;
• Support 14 and 24 digits signaling point codes;
• Support multiple signaling access for processing of TUP, ISUP and Q 931 at the same time;
• Support multiple SS7 variants: ANSI, ITU-T, ETSI and CHINA SS7;
• Provide programmable API messages to allow the customers to set the signaling processing of the gateway in accordance with the actual requirements;
• Provide available image maintenance terminal to facilitate the failure analysis and follow-up.
