Call back on busy provides the voice notice and call back service for missed incoming calls to the called party within the set time if busy. It can effectively transfer the traffic of other operator networks to the local network and improve the call complete rate in order to increase the income of the operator.

JOYIT-Call back on busy system analyzes and acquires the failed call messages in that the called party is busy (on busy) through monitoring of the signaling between networks and long-distance TUP/ISUP. The system reminds the called party of the missed calls with voice or short messages as soon as the system detects the called party is idle and the called party may call back according to the calling party number provided by the system.
