Fail call notice can capture the called information even if the mobile subscriber is power off, out of charge and without network signal. When the mobile subscriber is power on or the network signal restores, inform the mobile subscriber of the missed calls and remind the calling party to connect to utilize the present network resource and to improve the income of mobile operators.

JOYIT-Fail call notice system acquires the information related to power-on and power-off through monitoring of links between the local and LSTP and links between HLR and HSTP. Additionally, with assistance of MSC, the call is forwarded to fail call notice system IVR when the called party is power off and IVR reminds the calling party that the called party has been power off so that the calling party carries out service selection and setting. After the system detects the called party is power on, then inform the called party according to the presetting service.
